Darwin Ears and Hearing offers comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests for adults and children (aged 4 years and over). This includes diagnostic assessments for GP/Specialist referrals, DVA hearing and tinnitus claims, fitness to drive assessment, employment and industrial hearing assessment (Police Force applications, Seafarer safety, occupational baseline, aviation, and mining) … just to name a few. There is no need for a referral, we recommend contacting us to discuss Medicare rebates and eligibility to the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP).

Development of bespoke rehabilitation programs, based on client-centered goals, for hearing loss and tinnitus management. At Darwin Ears and Hearing we help identify areas of your life where communication is important, and if a hearing issue is impacting on them. We then work collaboratively with you, developing a rehabilitation plan to move forward, to regain your quality of life. This may or may not include the use of hearing devices (such as hearing aids and assistive listening devices). When devices are recommended, our advice is independent and we offer a full range of state of the art technology.

Custom ear plugs are a comfortable solution to protect ears from excessive noise, loud music, and water. An impression of your ear/s will be taken and used to create a personalized fitting silicon plug, with guaranteed fit and comfort in every use.

With the use of various wax management techniques, including micro-suction technique, we can assist with removal of ear wax in a safe and comfortable manner.
